Introduction
American cities across the country are experiencing a massive rise in crime. Most of the cities with the highest crime rates have something in common. They all have district attorneys (DA’s) who were elected with help from liberal billionaire George Soros.
Soros Personal History
Born in Hungary in 1930, he lived through the Nazi occupation of 1944 which resulted in the murder of over 500,000 Hungarian Jews. His own Jewish family survived by securing false identity papers which asserted the Soros family was Christian.
Soros left Budapest in 1947 for London and attended the London School of Economics.
In 1956, he emigrated to the United States and entered the world of finance and investments. In 1973, he launched his own hedge fund. This hedge fund eventually became the Quantum Fund and Soros became one of the most successful investors in history.
Amasses Fortune Betting on Collapse of Currencies
Soros is known as “The Man Who Broke the Bank of England” because of his short sale of pound sterling, which made him a profit of $1 billion during the 1991 UK currency crisis.
In 1997, during the Asian financial crisis, Soros made fortunes selling short the Thai baht and the Malaysian ringgit.
Open Society Foundation
Soros has used his fortune to create the Open Society Foundation. This Foundations is a network of foundations, partners and projects in more than 120 countries.
Conspiracy Theories
The New York Times reported in 2018 that “conspiracy theories about George Soros have gone mainstream.”
In 2018, Turkish President Erdogan denounced Soros as a man who assigns people to divide and shatter nations.
Soros DA’s Control Half of America
George Soros has spent more than $40 million in the past decade to place liberal prosecutors in half of America’s largest jurisdictions.
The Democratic megadonor has backed 75 liberal prosecutors, many of whom had little experience when elected.
The FBI in 2020 reported a 30 percent increase in homicides, its highest single-year increase in history. More than 40 percent of the homicides and 33 percent of the violent crimes and property crimes occurred in jurisdictions run by Soros DA’s.

George Gascon took office as LA County DA in 2020. His largest donor was George Soros who contributed $2.5 million to Gascon’s campaign. Gascon is currently facing a recall petition spurred by his lenient stance on crime.
Chicago

The Soros-backed DA Jose Garza took office in 2020, and in 2021 the city had a staggering 85 percent increase in homicides. Soros contributred $652,000 to Garza’s campaign.
Milwaukee
Philadelphia
The Soros effect is taking place in Philadelphia where Soros-backed DA Larry Krasner oversaw a 41 percent rise in murders from 2019 to 2020. 2021 saw a 10 percent increase in murders over 2020, a historic high. Krasner has received $1.7 million in campaign funds from Soros.
Albuquerque
The Soros-backed DA Raul Torres took office in 2018. Through the close of 2021, this New Mexico City had an 89 percent increase in murders.
Baltimore
The Soros-supported DA Marilyn Mosby took office in 2015. The following year murders increased 65 percent and have stayed at that level since then.
San Francisco
The Soros-backed DA Chesa Boudin was elected in 2019 and oversaw a 39 percent increase in murders for 2021. In June 2022, Boudin was recalled by voters in one of the most liberal cities in the nation.
Soros Funding Radical Democrats
Days after Stacey Abrams (D) qualifed to run, for a second time, for governor of Georgia, Soros put $1 million into her campaign.
Soros has fueled 13 radical Democrats with $125 million heading into the November midterms.
